When attempting to uninstall the module, I get the following warning

I have gone through pretty thoroughly and do not believe I have any fields using a field permission, I only briefly tested this module out and it did not meet my needs.
I can see that user.role.administrator.yml has the following
dependencies:

- field_permissionsActive
1.4

It appears this issue is a duplicate. I was able to work around this issue by following these steps
