Scroll to zoom no longer working

Problem/Motivation

In the past you were able to navigate the map (zooming) by using your scroll wheel. With the D10 upgrade this seems to be lost. Now you have to double click to zoom, or use the + and - buttons on the top left.

Steps to reproduce

Try to zoom using your scroll wheel.

Proposed resolution

Fix the map settings (this is a guess) and export into config.

Deploy the fix.
