After a fresh install on Drupal 10.3.6, going to /admin/structure/action_link/add will show error:
Deprecated function: Calling get_class() without arguments is deprecated in Drupal\action_link\Element\StateActionPlugin::processPlugin() (line 94 of modules/contrib/action_link/src/Element/StateActionPlugin.php).
After saving a new action link we also get:
Deprecated function: Calling get_class() without arguments is deprecated in Drupal\action_link\Element\EntityTypeField::processEntityType() (line 112 of modules/contrib/action_link/src/Element/EntityTypeField.php).
