Support Form Mode Control for double-click event creation

Problem/Motivation

Currently, the full event creation for is displayed. Particularly when creating events in a modal, it may be preferable to use a different form mode, for example to show a reduce number of fields.

Proposed resolution

If the Form Mode Control module is installed, provide a settings field that allow a form mode to be chosen.
