Allow events to be created via double-click in a new window

Problem/Motivation

Currently, creating a new window via double-click opens the event form by redirecting the current page. It should also be possible to create the event in a modal.

Proposed resolution

Add a configuration option to allow the form to be created within the current page, using a modal. Also allow configuration for the width of the modal.
