You can use commerce_add_to_cart module which display a dialouge box to show the product that has been added to the cart.
I have Drupal 10.3.6 + Commerce 8.x-2.40 + AT Theme 8.x-5.4 installed. I have created the theme using AT Tool for my site and created a product. However when I add a product to the cart it does not give me the message that the item has been added to the cart with the link to the cart. So it is not obvious that anything has been added. Anyone know how to get that added back in?
The Status Messages block is enabled and in the Highlighted section. I made sure "Display a message when an item is added to the cart" is checked.
