Problem/Motivation

ypeError: Drupal\simplenews\Entity\Subscriber::loadByMail(): Argument #1 ($mail) must be of type string, null given, called in C:\wamp64\www\CloudypediaWebsite\Source\portal\web\modules\contrib\simplenews\simplenews.module on line 474 in Drupal\simplenews\Entity\Subscriber::loadByMail() (line 460 of modules\contrib\simplenews\src\Entity\Subscriber.php).

Steps to reproduce

go to admin/people/create and add account and make email not required this issue will appear
