Service not defined

Problem/Motivation

I get the following error during drush cr. These are my modules:

drupal/entitygroupfield                  2.0.0-alpha1      Defines a field to view and edit the groups associated with content.
drupal/group                             dev-3.3.x bca4304 This module allows you to group users, content and other entities
drupal/group_purl                        dev-2.0.x 6f02938 Purl provider for Group
drupal/purl                              dev-1.x 6cff763   Purl module for D8 supporting group_content

In CheckExceptionOnInvalidReferenceBehaviorPass.php line 119:
