Rework setting the overridden stored response data to work in parallel mode

Problem/Motivation

Now the Nightwatch command thSetRequestResponseByHash() overwrites the content of the actual response, which can affect other tests running in parallel mode.

Would be great to rework this to not produce issues in parallel test running modes.
