Integrate SDDS base theme chip component with XB

It would be good to do a side-by-side comparison with Storybook to see if it matches:

And ideally record the testing of all the props so we can see where the issues are to determine if the issues are on our end or on the XB end.

The chip in xb seems to have more options than the storybook one. Here's the test I recorded:

Looks like some variables in the twig aren't actually used in the code, so look into that and fix accordingly.
