Reopen dialog once closed

Problem/Motivation

Once the user closes the dialog, clicking on a landing page row will not reopen the dialog.

happy to take a stab at implementing this, but just wanted to make sure this is not something that already should work

Steps to reproduce

Open a node, click on "Close" inside the dialog actions (instead of preview or save) and then click on a row.

Proposed resolution

Re-open dialog if closed (similar to how its expanding if collapsed)

I tried this in the starterkit https://drupal-decoupled.octahedroid.com/docs/getting-started/quickstart... and I have the same behaviour.

Do you have maybe a different idea how this should work? I see the setting for opening the dialog on node view (by default), if that's false how would a user open it? 🤔

Would love to contribute to this one if you think this is something that needs work ;)
