Neither sample searches provided showed me event cards. How would those look like when they show up in Google?

#3164818: Timezone issue with community events → likely won’t be fixed until the community events are upgraded from Drupal 7, to the modern Drupal.org site; and we are limiting development on the old codebase. We should go ahead and add this once upgraded.

I don’t see any difference in the presentation of search results follow the instructions above, I never see cards show up. Can you maybe elaborate on how to reproduce this, if possible add screenshots so we know what you mean by ‘cards’?

I am happy to explain further.
Events only appear on Google search results when Event schema exists on the associated content.
For example, when searching for "tech events near me", I get these results:
The first event on the list, One-on-One Tech Help has Rich Results because Events Schema DOES exist.
The events nodes on the Drupal Community Events page → does not have Events Schema, which is preventing these cards from appearing and or being included in the regular search results.
For example, the MidCamp 2025 → event does not have any Rich Results because Schema DOES NOT exist on that page.

Those cards look great! I use Google for my searches and never seen that :) I agree adding this would be great, and I think @drumm already outlined that the Drupal 10/11 version of events could receive that later on :) The Drupal 7 version of the site is currently on life support.

Thanks gábor! I'm keen to see what I can do to contribute to the upgrade.
