error sending mail in comment insert

Hi @mdruilhe this was fixed 2 days earlier and released with the version 1.1.0. I think you found it in a previous version.

I'm not sure it is actually fixed since my patch was related to line #307 (there are two calls to forum_notifications_subscription_email_queue() with wrong parameter

Same problem here. Seems, like the fix from MR solves the problem. Will this be merged soon?
