composer create-project Vardot/varbase-project:~9 is sill referencing 9.1.5.2 instead of 9.1.6

Problem/Motivation

i was trying to update Varbase from 9.1.5 to 9.1.6 follow my usual manual update process
and noticed that the composer create-project Vardot/varbase-project:~9 is referencing 9.1.6
am i missing something ?

I have also seen that README, at https://github.com/Vardot/varbase/blob/9.1.x/UPDATE.md doesn't have Vardot/varbase-project:~9 which make the command download Varbase 10 instead of Varbase 9

Is this intentional ?

The 9.1.x branch is only to support old projects.

It is recommended to start new projects with Varbase ~10 Go to https://github.com/Vardot/varbase-project/tree/10.0.x

For updating old projects
✅ Released varbase-9.1.6 →
Use a basic composer update to update to Varbase 9.1.6 and all other Varbase micro releases for Varbase modules, or all other updated used contrib modules.

Basic composer update will work to update old Varbase 9 websites.
