The File count field needs to be installed

I am not able to reproduce this issue.

There is an update that is installing that field, tmgmt_update_8011(). You either didn't run updates, or you were using a patch that added its own update function and that now conflicts because it thinks it already did run that update. You will need to manually run that code or reset the last installed update version so it runs that again.

That's a common issue, and you need to be very careful with update functions in patches.
