Add a handler for duration changes

Problem/Motivation

Drag and drop support was added in ✨ Implement drag-and-drop support Active but dragging to resize (change the duration) events is not yet supported. This should be added too.

Proposed resolution

  • Add a route
  • Define a method to process and save the incoming changes
  • Add a Javascript function to send off the changes, and set it as the eventResize handler
