Tax on the order items is set incorrectly

Problem/Motivation

The src/PluginForm/OffsiteRedirect/CheckoutLandingPageRedirectForm.php is defining the entire cart structure when initiating Checkout session with Vipps MobilePay. Currently, the order item's amount excluding tax is set incorrectly.
