name_user_format_name_alter_preload breaks when used together with IEF

Problem/Motivation

The name_user_format_name_alter_preload wants to load a user entity that may not yet exist, when the complex widget of the inline entity form (IEF) is being used.

Proposed resolution

Add a sanity check, if the user entity already has an ID.
