Order email is not sent

Problem/Motivation

When you submit the order no email is sent

Steps to reproduce

I use the drupal 10 version

Drupal 10.3
PHP 8.1

Install inline entity form
Install order
Create a store
Set process plugin to Email order data

Then create a product type

Go to content types, select page content type and add a product reference field

Go to node/add/page and create a page and add a product
On the page node click add to cart
Then click submit order
Fill in form and click submit

No email is sent

As a test I have sent an email using symphony mailer test email.
Nothing in logs about any mail sent
