Protect title and bodies of unpublished releases that are ALSO checked as Security updates

Problem/Motivation

Similar to ✨ Protect unpublished security advisories as much as possible Active it would be nice to hide the node titles and content for release nodes that are unpublished and are checked as "security update."

Steps to reproduce

As a Drupal.org site maintainer, go to https://www.drupal.org/admin/content?type=project_release&status=0 → and you should only see releases that are not tagged as a "Security update."

Proposed resolution

Not sure. Drumm said in slack this was possible :)
