Use responsive grid for font selector display

The font selector display currently uses css with a fixed width for the font cards. This can lead to less than ideal presentation.

Change the view to use a responsive grid view, and adjust the CSS and JS to work with the new structure.

Here's a glimpse of how this could look using a responsive grid. Of note, going this route would also allow for the grid settings to easily be configured per site.
