Offering to co-maintain Advanced Text Formatter

Problem/Motivation

We need a Drupal 11 release of this module, I've already done the work to make it Drupal 11 ready at https://www.drupal.org/project/advanced_text_formatter/issues/3442782 📌 Automated Drupal 11 compatibility fixes for advanced_text_formatter RTBC

Asking for access so that I can roll a release.
