Navigation block page broken

Problem/Motivation

Our recent navigation module integration breaks the layout builder UI that the navigation module provides to place blocks in the sidebar.

Proposed resolution

We either need to make allowances for that UI, or conditionally disable the LB+ UI. Perhaps with the class that's set in lb_plus_element_plugin_alter
