Hook update doesn't work properly

Can you please ellaborate that how to reprodue this issue.

@kul.pratap To reproduce this issue, you need an old seeds_layout project. After the update and the mapping check seeds-3col, the "center_column" is not mapped correctly. After the flowing patch, the new hook_update should be mapped correctly.

The issue has been reviewed and is working as expected. If you have any issues, feel free to open a new ticket, as this one is done.
