Add automated tests for various course nav cases

Increasing priority on this as this is a very important part of the logic and is still missing test coverage. Next for me probably.

All except free nav is covered currently, but revisit mode allows the same so hopefully it'll be sufficient.

Automatically closed - issue fixed for 2 weeks with no activity.
