[4.0.0-alpha3] Follow-up prop management for HTML id

Problem/Motivation

We changed prop type from "machine name" to "string" with regex attached , HTML id props (inside carousel, modal, button and collapse components) .

Waiting for 📌 [2.0.0-beta4] MachineName prop & typed data API Active to be fixed, in order to start this issue.
