File extension error after initial save

Problem/Motivation

Media items will not save after initial creation

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a CF stream media item and save
  2. Edit the saved item, change the title and save
  3. " Only files with the following extensions are allowed: mp4 mkv mov avi flv ts tsv tsa mpg mpeg m2p ps mxf lxf gxf 3gp webm qt. "

Proposed resolution

Adjust the extended file field validation to account for a valid CF stream
