This is for PhpUnit 10+ only, 9.x has test listeners instead. I think we'd need a new branch and drop support for 9.x
I believe this allows tearDown to complete, regardless of if the test failed or not. Mentioned at https://www.drupal.org/project/dtt/issues/3471948#comment-15788809 🐛 Entities are not cleaned up when a test generates PHP watchdog messages Needs review
