Error when csv is imported and has empty row

Problem/Motivation

https://test/admin/config/content/import_taxonomy|1||Error: Call to a member function getValue() on null in taxonomy_machine_name_taxonomy_term_presave() (line 193 of drupal-10.3.x/html/modules/contrib/taxonomy_machine_name/taxonomy_machine_name.module).

Steps to reproduce

I used taxonomy_import to import a CSV file
I had an empty row in the file between multiple rows with data in them
Once the import got to the empty row the error above happened and a WSOD
