The subject of the notification email does not support tokens

Problem/Motivation

The "Subject line for email notifications" in message templates doesn't support tokens.

Steps to reproduce

Try to use any message token in the "Subject line for email notifications" field, it won't be replaced.

Proposed resolution

Add token replacement for the "Subject line for email notifications" field in the same way as for "Message text" field: AddgetMessageSubject() method that will use processTokens() method to replace tokens.
