Change disable/enable links to use ajax

i've quickly tested. a brief recording of the behavior. as you can see after i hit disabled the focus gets lost and on the next tab you hear the announcement entering table. my expectation would be that the focus would be on the edit button of the tour i just disabled (on the other issue the default changes then to enable as the default option). that way it would be inline with the behavior on the views page

now the focus remains on the enabled or disabled tour like on the views page. the only nitpick, now with the enabled/disabled sectioning in 2.0.x, if you disable a tour the default option remains edit instead of enable. i thought to remember that this was already covered in the enabled/disabled issue? so not sure and how you prefer. i would call this issue RTBC. so either commit this issue and do a followup for the default option or slightly extend the scope of this issue and do the default option fix within this issue?
