Problem/Motivation

When going to overviews of entities like translation jobs from tmgmt module, it gives an access error.

Steps to reproduce

This case happens when you don't select the tmgmt entity to be exported but still gets to check the access and fails.

Proposed resolution

I think the access method should check before anything if the entity type is within the allowed entities. Then check for the access.
