paragraphs_library item cannot be translated

Paragraph library items are translatable if you configure them correctly. In our case, we had failed to make paragraph library items translatable under . When I wrote this ticket, I didn’t realize that is its own entity type, so I assumed that the fact that our Paragraphs were already configured to be translatable meant that nothing needed to be configured for paragraphs library items to be translatable.

This issue is not valid, so I’m closing it.
