Add an indicator for layout paragraphs with restricted access

Problem/Motivation

Currently it's not obvious in the admin ui and in the frontend ui if a paragraph has limited access (layout_restricted_access).

For administrators all paragraphs appear in the front and backend, which makes sense, but is a bit confusing. For unpublished paragraphs we have at least some kind of indicator.

Any ideas for at least a basic indicator or color something like that, so that we can see it's a special item?

(Hard times on on Z** landinpages were the reason for this request ;D)
