Update project composer file

The composer file has a couple of things that I think we should clean up:

Project name should be drupal/auto_alt
I think we can clean up dependencies a bit. Removing drupal-coder, and possible drupal/core - we can specify the core version requirement in the project info.yml file. Will this work with lower versions of PHP and Guzzle?
