Improve usability of Taxonomy term creations

I added an hook-alter-form to hide path fields and I created a patch to be used until be merged and released.

I reworked the solution, hiding the field by configuration. I generate a new patch to be used until next version.

It was tested by QA team, I merged it and will be release on next version
