Ban Expire - Date/Time Period

Problem/Motivation

It would be better to have a feature like the "role expire" module that allows admins to set and control the expiration dates of user bans.A date-time period can be assigned on a per user basis.

Any ideas on how to handle this with the module itself or with support from other modules?
