Problem/Motivation

A full-width, almost full-height display with a header, description, and call to action overlaid on an image. Meant for placement on home pages. Image displays below heading / text in mobile views.

Fields:

Tall Hero Banner heading (required)
Tall Hero Banner subheading (optional)
Tall Hero Banner image/video (required)
Tall Hero Banner description text (optional)
Tall Hero Banner CTA/link (optional)

Updates to existing component:

Add Tall Hero as Y Styles option on existing banner
Add field to set heading level - field will default to H2 but allow H1
Update demo content to use H1 for top of page
