Adding support for XB field in users type since it doesn't have revision_id

🤔 Why is this a new issue instead of being fixed as part of 📌 Expand test coverage in FieldUninstallValidatorTest Needs work ? This issue needs to provide context, and the current summary does not do that.

As of now, users do not have support for revisions, and therefore we cannot write tests for it. To start, we will need to provide support for revisioning in user types. see this - https://git.drupalcode.org/project/experience_builder/-/merge_requests/3...
