Hero: allow flexibile height on mobile based on featured image height

Problem/Motivation

The hero was prototyped to work with an image provided in the Figma but it needs to be more adaptable to images with different heights. Generally, the test image was in landscape and not portrait.

Steps to reproduce

Put in an image that is taller vertically than horizontally.

Proposed resolution

Restyle using css-grids or flexbox and not absolute position. Allow the image to "push content down" and not cover it up.
