Negate the condition or access denied options

Problem/Motivation

"Negate the condition" option can be set to apply the exact opposite of the selected PBF options.
It will be especially effective for the grand view option.
The idea here could be to block selected users from accessing nodes, rather than allowing only certain users to view nodes.
The Negate the condition option can be set to prevent selected users from seeing the relevant node with the negate option.
Or if it is unreasonable to affect all options with "The Negate the condition", a 4th option, "access denied", can be added.
