blökkli the editor does not require rokka.io so i would not add it there (https://github.com/blokkli/editor). we could add it more as an info that they play nicely together but not sure if that's important for the editor itself.
about the starterkit, we already have it mentioned on the startpage of the documentation that they integrate

Documentation says: "It is recommended to create a free account on rokka.io and get your API key to use the image CDN."
Instead it should say "It's required". Because the install will fail without providing the rokka.io information.

Thanks for your valuable feedback. I have implemented this feature. If you do not provide an API key, you still can continue, but image display and upload will not.
