It was changed from (one ) toggle direction button to Dropdown button

Proposed resolution

  • Change drupal/ckeditor_bidi to ~4 || ~5 in the composer.json file, to allow for smoother update process.
  • Remove the old config from bidi. ( run drush updb ) to update the active config
