Tag is closed after syncing

After clicking the sync menu link from source the menu tab is closed.

- create a translation on a node using field menulink
- open menu settings tabs
- click on "sync menu link from source"

Alter attribute to set it to open when 'Sync menu link from source' is pressed.

Moved form alteration at top so it's stay open even if sync fail.
