Implement Listing grid and testimonial components

Problem/Motivation

We need a listing grid component for the new theme design.

Proposed resolution

This issue will track both the component in bluecheese as well as the the drupalorg implementation. (Link to MR forthcoming for that part.)

Remaining tasks

Make sure that the new landing page content type's component field is updated to include this component.
Add the component to the mother node default test content and then re-export the config in the drupalorg contrib module.
