Scheduling a published content with content moderation unexpectedly unpublishes the content

Problem/Motivation

We encountered a strange behavior when using scheduler on already published nodes: the content is temporarily unpublished until cron is ran.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create an article that has content moderation in status Published.
  2. Edit the article again and set a publication date with scheduler (past or future).
  3. Set the moderation state to published.
  4. Save.

Result: The content is now not published anymore (until cron runs).

Proposed resolution

Update thunder versioning to use SCMI latest version.
