Create SDDS Columns component that replaces One/Two/Three/Four Columns

Problem/Motivation

There was feedback in:

📌 Community XB+SDDS integration testing Active

that the columns UX wasn't great. Grid has a way to do this more flexibly but isn't very intuitive IMO.

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

Create a Columns component that is like Grid but just the columns and then the One/Two/Three/Four Columns components can be hidden.

User will have a Columns component that they can choose 1, 2, 3, or 4 columns.
