Problem/Motivation

ArgumentCountError: Too few arguments to function Drupal\Core\Form\ConfigFormBase::__construct(), 1 passed in /home/d11/public_html/drupal/web/modules/contrib/highlightjs_input_filter/src/Form/HighlightJsInputFilterSettingsForm.php on line 29 and exactly 2 expected in Drupal\Core\Form\ConfigFormBase->__construct() (line 43 of /home/d11/public_html/drupal/web/core/lib/Drupal/Core/Form/ConfigFormBase.php).

Steps to reproduce

D11: clean install
Install highlightjs_input_filter
Go to admin/config/content/highlightjs_input_filter
