Error after updating a theme

Overview

I updated the demo design system and I'm getting following error:

Drupal\Core\Render\Component\Exception\ComponentNotFoundException: Unable to find component "starshot_demo:starshot-case-study2" in the component repository. [The "starshot_demo:starshot-case-study2" plugin does not exist.

It seems that a component has been deleted from the design system.

Proposed resolution

Experience Builder should handle this gracefully, and not prevent usage of both Experience Builder UI as well as the "Page builder components" list.
