I don't understand why the admin user is not seeing the methods added by jsonrpc_core. The admin user has the correct permissions but

This test reveals that jsonrpc_discovery and jsonrpc_core are broken on Drupal 11. I confirmed this with a Drupal 11 installation, so I'll open that as a separate follow-up issue.
